Expect to be impressed at a Bridal expo and then sorely disappointed. Expect great customer service in the beginning, and then major changes to what they say and what they do, and ...
still be left disappointed because their contract allows for it. -Like the owner, Jordan, telling you he will personally photograph your wedding, because it's a great idea via phone, then change the plan a week before the wedding, and have two amateur photographers come in his place. But you will have the guarantee that they are just as good as him (it is in your contract). Yet, your wedding photos will be full of shots of trash, and uncentered photos. Your wedding cake photo will have an eyesore background, and you actually can't use it anywhere because of how tacky it actually is.
Most importantly, expect to pay $1500 for a wedding album, be in contact OVER THE YEARS, only for them to ghost you, and never deliver the product, then never respond back to numerous emails, phone calls, and social media inquiries asking for that album. But remember, the contract you signed, said you can only go through an Arbitrator in Williamson County, and the only one in that county more than likely has been working with them for years, so you are SOL, out $1500, and never receiving the album you paid for.
I may be out, but hopefully I can prevent someone from going through the same thing.
I understand my emails have a length of time between them and take full responsibility that it was so long between some followups. I gave them some grace due to this being a COVID wedding, then being pregnant in 2022, and navigating being a new parent in 2023, the album wasn't a priority as it should have been. However, Chapter 16 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code states that a breach of contract claim must be filed within four years of the breach's occurrence, so I'm well within my right (albeit almost out of time, which is what I bet they are banking on) to fight for my services paid for, but never rendered.
Save your money, go elsewhere.

About one month out, Taylor filled me in on any details I needed, but mostly dealt with my wedding coordinator which was one less thing for me to worry about. They are also extremely affordable. They came to our Rehearsal Dinner for a few hours and that was absolutely worth the small additional fee. They were also very flexible with our video ideas, and even did some interviews of VIP guests to include. We can’t wait to see the video, but already know it will be amazing. ardly noticed they were there, so it made the special moments they captured on film so natural and intimate. I highly recommend adding the drone footage if you get married on a ranch, lake or even downtown to capture the whole feel of the location. The YouTube link makes it extremely easy to share it with all of your loved ones. So professional and so fun to work with; we highly recommend them!

g day would fly by. We wanted to remember as much as possible, from every detail to how we felt celebrating with our family and friends. To say that the Ladybird team exceeded our expectations is a serious understatement. We absolutely LOVE our photos - while they do all the necessary portraits, they focus on documenting the day as it is happening, so we got truly stunning candid shots. A lot of raw emotion. They were perfect. And I am lacking words to describe the videos. The highlights video captured perfectly the essence of our very personal ceremony, all the key elements we wanted to remember from the reception, and how incredible we felt celebrating on the dancefloor! Of course I am biased but I have never seen a wedding video like that, and I still tear up when I watch it. Lastly, I want to give Matt, Nick, and their team a huge shoutout. Working with them was so much fun -we were cracking up almost the entire time! And I so welcomed that, I will admit I was a bit of an anxious bride. They were self-sufficient and figured out that we had switched cabins for our bridal party hair/makeup, even though I'm pretty sure I did not pass that info along to them! Leading up to the wedding, they sent out regular emails to get information about what we wanted for the big day to make sure nothing was missed. They answered my questions seamlessly and clearly.
Matt photographed the day of, and we couldn't be more pleased! He was friendly, and did an AMAZING job. He was patient while we tried to wrangle 20+ family members before the day's events for numerous group photos. When we got all the shots we knew we wanted with family members, Matt made sure walk around and supplement the shot list with candid shots of us preparing for the day, and detail shots of the setup and design details.
Throughout the day, Matt was available if we wanted an impromptu group shot, and was avidly walking around getting great coverage of our guests having fun (which was so important to me!) The photojournalistic shots are the absolute best - this is something that other photographers completely miss. On top of that, he couldn't be friendlier!
After the wedding, a link to all the photos arrived in my inbox within just a few weeks. I couldn't believe how quick the turnaround was! There are SO MANY photos to choose from! I look forward to continuing to share them with family and friends, and to cherish them forever.

Their communication is punctual which is such a breath of fresh air when communicating with vendors. A week or two before the wedding they even reached out and asked to let them know what are the important moments they should make sure should get captured (not sure if other video vendors do that but this was a huge plus). The music video captured what we discussed was important to us (dancing was more important to us than shots of getting ready in the bridal suite). You have the option to choose you own music, but they don't recommend it; since we're music nerds, that was the only downside. We chose the add-on to receive a hard drive with all the raw footage, which I have yet to go through (I've only had it a few days), but I'm glad I got it to capture the moments I didn't get to see. eddings are expensive and you try to determine where and what you want to spend your money on. I found LadyBird Studios when googling wedding videos and really liked their style of videoing. Great edits and angles, not cheesy, and flowed nicely. I started to look into their pricing and they’re very affordable (especially compared to other videographers I saw at Bridal Expos). We decided to do it, and I’m so glad we did! While our photographer was also amazing, it’s just so nice to have video too. It’s a different feel and allows you to watch your special day all over again and be able to post highlights for those that weren’t able to be there. Jordan was so relaxed and easy to work with and was great at communication. Our videographers on our wedding day (Taylor and her partner) were super easy to talk to and worked seamlessly behind the scenes to capture great moments. The post-processing work was great, and they were even able to get a short video of our ceremony dance up for me quickly when I asked so that I was able to post it online. If you’re hesitant on video, do it! I can’t recommend LadyBird Studios enough. Thank you guys for giving us a video so we can reminisce and replay our special day any time we want!
